Studying the yoga sutras as part of my advanced teacher training program has been quite interesting. I studied the sutras during my initial yoga teacher training program with Diane Valentine, but the more in depth teacher training requires more in depth study of the yoga sutras.

Health and how to achieve it has been an interest for me for many many years ( I swear it's been in my head since the first grade!). As an insurance broker, I see insurance carriers adding "preventive care" to their plans, but IT'S NOT PREVENTIVE CARE, it's early detection.
Very few people understand that. That's where Ayurveda comes in. Learning how to take care of yourself (your individual self) is Preventive Care!
