I was lucky enough to attend a course last summer given by Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute called the Sister Sciences Course that included Jyotish, Vastu, Hasta, and Yoga.  I’m sure you’ve heard of yoga but you may not be familiar with the other sister sciences.  All of these topics fall in the Vedic studies and have incredible information that completely drew me in.
