Health and how to achieve it has been an interest for me for many many years ( I swear it's been in my head since the first grade!). As an insurance broker, I see insurance carriers adding "preventive care" to their plans, but IT'S NOT PREVENTIVE CARE, it's early detection.
Very few people understand that. That's where Ayurveda comes in. Learning how to take care of yourself (your individual self) is Preventive Care!
